Listing/Ad Terms
Submission of your site for listing in the marketplace, or payment for advertising on this site, does not guarantee that your site will be listed, or that your ad will be accepted. Kountry Berry Marketplace reserves the right to accept or deny any submission for any reason.
 
Payments:
Paid listings or ad payments will be processed by Paypal. Advertising will be by either monthly payment or subscription.  A reminder for Sponsored Listings will be sent 7 days in advance before the paid term expires.  It is your responsibility to renew within that 7 day period to retain your Sponsored Listing status.

Refunds:
Refunds are only given should your site not be accepted for Sponsored listing status in our marketplace, or if your ad is not accepted. Once you have been added to the site, if you decide to cancel, or your site is removed from the marketplace due to closure of your website, or because we have received complaints about your business ethics, a refund shall NOT be issued for time not used.
